How claiming works

1. Submit the form

Tell us which profile is yours and how you will verify. It takes about two minutes.

2. We verify it is really you

Usually by an email from the domain of the website on your profile, or a message from your linked social account.

3. Your profile goes Verified

The Unclaimed badge becomes a Verified badge, and the updates you send go live on your profile.

Claiming and updates are free. If you would rather not be listed at all, say so in the claim form notes and we will remove your profile promptly. We reply to every claim and update request within 2 business days.

Why was a profile built for me before I asked?

So the directory launches complete and useful, the way major review and directory sites work. Every pre-built profile uses only public professional information from the coach's own pages, carries an Unclaimed badge, and can be claimed, corrected or removed at any time.

Does claiming cost anything?

No. Claiming and updates are free, and removal is always free.

How fast do claims and updates happen?

We reply within 2 business days. Once verified, updates and removals are processed promptly and confirmed by reply email.

I am not in the directory yet. How do I join?

Registration is by invitation. Request an invite and we will review your practice against the same bar as the coaches already listed.
